Mr. Francis is an attorney at law and real estate investment advisor.
After graduating from Harvard College in 1983, he began his real estate career in 1984 selling New York City investment properties during his first year of law school at NYU Law. As an attorney, he specialized in real estate and corporate law on behalf of several notable developers, investors, and institutions. In 1990, during a nationwide recession, he assembled an investment team and began acquiring foreclosed and underutilized properties and recycling them as affordable and workforce housing.
Mr. Francis expanded his efforts by opening and directing the Long Island office of Community Preservation Corp. (a $10 billion affordable housing loan consortium founded in 1975) from 1993 to 1996, where he structured and financed numerous multifamily and commercial projects. In addition to the many projects he invested in personally, Mr. Francis has brokered and financed numerous projects for his clients, uniquely structuring deals using private and conventional means, including debt, equity, and credit enhancement to maximize return on investment.
Mr. Francis has served on the boards of the Guggenheim Museum, New York Institute of Technology, and the Long Island Commercial Network of Realtors. He now runs the Family Office Group at the Harvard Club of NYC and advises Family Offices as clients and investors.

She is experienced in the Multi-Family, Office, Hotel, and Retail asset classes. Christine earned her B.S. in Consumer Economics and Housing at Cornell University. She is a former member of the (MAI) Member of Appraisal Institute.

Mr. Stadmeyer has expertly managed residential and commercial buildings for over 25 years. His projects have ranged from small investor-owned properties to such notables as Fresh Meadows (3,500 units) and Peter Cooper Village/Stuyvesant Town ($5.4 billion; 11,200 units plus 100,000 commercial square feet).

Community Development Specialist
Mr. Parish has advised both public and private clients (including for profit and non-profit groups and municipal agencies) on matters of community development, economic development, and housing since 1964, employing various state financing tools to produce affordable housing.
Mr. Parish did his undergraduate work in civil engineering at CUNY and his graduate work in planning and housing at the Columbia University School of Architecture. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (State) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.

Mr. James E. Obi was born in Nigeria and educated in Nigeria and England. He emigrated to the United States in 1967 and joined the then Equitable Life (now AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company). He retired as Agency Manager in 1997. He is now Chairman of The Obi Group.

Mr. Foley is currently CEO & Chairman for the Board for TimeSights Systems, Inc., a developer of leading-edge solutions for the video surveillance industry. Mr. Foley has over 25 years experience leading both private and public company teams to success.
As the President of Tactic Networks, he designed the marketing and business development strategies that led to their profitable acquisition by Packeteer (NASDAQ:PKTR). As CEO of InfiniCon Systems, he built and led the company to a leadership position; the company was acquired by QLogic (NASDAQ:QLGC). While EVP & CTO, INRANGE technologies, Mr. Foley was Project Manager for the extremely successful 2000 IPO (NASDAQ:INRG) which reached a $5.5B market cap while revenues rose from $185M to $265M in two years.
In addition Mr. Foley was VP, WW Marketing & Strategy, Amdahl (acquired by Fujitsu)and has served in executive positions at Memorex-Telex, IPL Systems, and IBM Corporation.
Mr. Foley serves on the Board of Directors for TimeSight Systems, Inc., Cluster File Systems, Inc., and Critical Links, Inc. as well as a number of advisory boards, and received his BA in communications from the William Jewell College in Liberty, MO.DELPHINE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
